The spectrum tv app is currently supported on android phones and tablets (andoird 5.0 lollipop or higher), ios (12.0 and better), roku, xbox1, appletv and samsung smart tv’s; We do get a few channels. Make sure you're signing in with the correct username and password.

I was able to sign in and watch tv on my iphone until i updated the ios to 15.6 a. To do this, go to the my channels or locate your desired channel on your roku device, and select remove channel,then install the channel again from the roku. We have also restarted modem a number of times. This is the spectrum channel error code, which means the channel is not available at the time you are trying to access it or is unable to complete the request.
Sign in or register to get started. With the tv app, it authenticates through the modem and sometimes it loses sync. This is happening on all our devices. This code typically points to a problem with your spectrum.
I have updated the ios, removed and replaced the spectrum app and power cycled my modem and router.
To fix most spectrum tv error codes, restart the receiver and update the spectrum tv app. I also get this issue.
